spring/strut problem???

i really have no clue what it is, but recently ive been hearing this weird noise in my front end when i make a hard turn and then straighten the wheel out...its like a springing or boing sound i guess you can say, really have me baffled, looking for some advice in any way

i am recently having that same issue i have it when i make right turns and then a clicking sound when i straighten the whell back out. it makes a sqeaking sound like if you were to push down on and old car with bad shocks. i am taking my car to my tech school and im gonna ahve it looked at for free ill let you know what it could possible be.
