Try a different dealer?

Restore parts in question to stock...

MAGUSON MOSS WARRANTY ACT

US Code - Title 15, Chapter 50, Sections 2301-2312

Legally, a vehicle manufacturer cannot void the warranty on a vehicle due to an aftermarket part unless they can prove that the aftermarket part caused or contributed to the failure in the vehicle (per the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. 2302(C)) . For best results, consider working with performance-oriented dealerships with a proven history of working with customers. If your vehicle manufacturer fails to honor emission/warranty claims, contact EPA at (202) 260-2080 or www.epa.gov. If federal warranty protection is denied, contact the FTC at (202) 326-3128 or www.ftc.gov. For additional information, check out the following links:

Consumers Bill of Rights
What You Can Do If Your Warranty Is Denied
Federal Warranty Laws
Vehicle Manufacturer Warranty Contact Phone Numbers
see links at the bottom

also in the General Motors Policies & Procedures Manual (1.2.2.k)
"Non-GM parts and Equipment: Non-Gm parts or failure resulting from the installation of non-GM parts are not covered by the New Vehicle Warranty."
basiclly that have to prove that your parts are want cause your complaint but if that cant prove that is what caused your problem they have to fix your complaint under warranty

NO! They just serviced your tranny on warranty right? Why would it be different next time? What proof do they have that you abuse the car? Why iddn't they use that to void your warranty THIS TIME?

I think it's time you find yourself a new dealer or make sure you slam 'em good when you receive the GM survey on service (I get one of these every time I have something done under warranty, do you?).

Shocking, a GM service department trying to get out of work by blaming something else.

I tell you what, the salesman are alright but GM must send their service dept. to some sort of "I AM AN A_HOLE" school or something. I thought it was only the one in my area but I guess it is happening all over. Not to mention names

AUBURN VALLEY PONTIAC/BUICK/GMC in Auburn, WA
What a bunch of monkeys.

CMP Classic GMC, Chev & Pontiac in Calgary, Alberta are a bunch of assclowns. The sales guy was great but the service people are inept morons.

Jack Carter Chev Olds in Calgary rocks. The service manager there knows that I have a modded car and doesn't care one bit, in fact he has a GA GT and has been asking me all kinds of questions on mod.
