They come out with a new version a lot, but dont really justify the price hike. A couple of tools for 150 bucks? Not worth it imo.

keep in mind that photoshop is for "professionals"

if you just want to do photo editing, photoshop elements is a great program

Well i guess im a professional then. Our school is dumb enough to constantly update, which means my tuition money will be going to licenses for a program thats overpriced.
