i am having problems with fuel pressure. i have checked the regulator and it is not leaking. it is possibly leaking in the fuel rail. it is not visably leaking though. it is losing pressure within 10 min though. any suggestions would be helpful

10 minutes is fine. You only have to worry when fuel pressure drops right when you shut off the vehicle. And it honestly isn't anything to worry about.
Just let the key sit in run for a second or two before you crank over the engine.

It sounds like your pump could be dying. It is common for bad pumps to be fine upon startup, but die after like 10 or 15 minutes from getting heated up.

THey need to check the output (in volume) of the pump. Its possible that the fuel pressure regulator could have blown out so bad that it won't hold pressure.
However, a pump is more likely... Just make sure they double-check before you invest in a $500 part.
