Just have a question about air cylinders for a 2000gagt. I wanted to see if anyone has made a kit for a ga? If so who and are they any good? Thanks for any info.

you wouldn't use air cylinders, you'd use air struts. they'd bolt up in place of your stock struts. neonGA has air. it looks sweet. there's a couple guys at the *** owners gallery on air, too.

actually there is air cylinders that will work on a GA/Alero and many other Mcpeherson struts. They are called MacAir Cylinders and you can get em from www.streetbeatcustoms.com im pretty sure youd have to build your own mounts thou....but thats not hard to mimic the strut mounts outa steel.

its a ruff ride, bouncy as all hell
but yea its pretty cool, when everyone else is excited cause they got springs taht drop them 2" and on command i can drop about 8"
I bought them off of ad-dajjaal's friend used for 1200, but my suggestion cause everyone wants them is to save up $3,000 for the whole thing....thats if you install them your self.....cause the initial investment is around $2,000 and you definatly want to have alot of spare parts around I personally have enough to set up a whole nother grand am, all in my garage, cause its not like you can go to the store and get these parts most of them have to be machined and custom ordered and that takes a long time
