hmm...a cold air intake(CIA) relocates you air intake to the drivers side wheel well, warm air intake(WAI) removes the airbox and adds a k&n filter on it, which it pretty much what the CCA does. Doctor Speed offers something like that(the cca)

most people will say go with a stage 3 cold air intake from doctor speed if you want the best performance outta it

Indeed, badboy is right. Not only does it give the best aircharge, it makes your car sound like its about to eat somebody when you neutral rev while rolling.

If you are gonna get it though, invest in a K&N filter with the built in velocity stck. Its been helping my car a bit.

Some people get a CAI to use for the summer; & then convert it into a WAI in the winter time (to pick-up less junk & to protect the filter).

If you are going to get one; get a S&B Filter (http://www.sbfilters.com), like a S&B PowerStack Filter (http://www.intenseperformance.com/products/cone_filters/cone_filters.html).

S&B filters have thicker/more cotton gauze media than K&N; so it filters out more dirt.
K&N filters lets through too much dirt; doesn't filter as well.

you take out the pipe from the CAI and put the filter off that onto the MAF and then you have a wai
