Chat room added

Just added a chat room to the site.. right now it's setup where anyone registered can join the main room. Premium members can create sub-private rooms. Lets get some people in there to test it out please.

To stop the clicking sound in Windows when the page refreshes... (trying to find code to disable it)

*sounds and audio device properties
*Go to the topic for (window explorer) and set ths start navigation.wav to none

yeah when i was in there with jeremy i told him i couldnt resize the window. but shadesof night could. so i dont know quite whats going on.


EDIT-at home with aol i can resize the chat. but at work i was using IE and i couldnt. so i dunno.
