Hello, I replace the spark plugs of my GAGT 2000 V6. The stock spark plugs are ACDelco Platinum 41-940. In the ACDelco store they sell me the platinum 41-932, its the same size than 41-940 but is indicated for Silverado Pickup V6 4.3.
The guy in the store said this spark plug works fine in my car. What do you think friends???

I would take them back and get AC Delco Rapidfires instead. Part # is 14.
Also double check the boxes to make sure you get the right plugs.
AC Delco's website lists what can use those plugs, and the GA isn't one of them.

If anyone at any parts store tells you that "this plug" will work in whatever application you asked for, tell them to order exactly what you want. That's the biggest load of crap I've ever heard.

P.S. I'm running NGK TR6 (heat range) copper plugs. They work great and cost me less than $10. Sure, they'll need to be changed within 20 - 30k... but that's pretty damn cheap.

That what have in my 2.4 and our 3100. 4.19 each :) better than 5.99 for the oem ones

Don't really matter, the AC Delco platinums don't last all that long anyway. At 50k mine were all pitted and worn out.

Well check this out......

My 1996 Achieva with now 131,000 miles just got the plugs changed this month.....and I am talking the ORIGINAL Delco Platinums just got changed along with the spark plug wires.....131,000 miles baby :p
I should have changed them a BIT earlier but if it aint broke, dont fix it.

The only reason I have changed them is cause I am doing the LIM fix....

Actually, does my mileage with factory plugs hold a record??? :p

I have AC Delco Plat. plugs and the part number is different than the owners manual gives. The dealer said they gave me the right one.
