What 25,000 mile oil changes can do to a '03 Toyota (http://theoildrop.server101.com/ubb/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=1;t=011984) on BobistheOilGuy.com.

When was the last time your 'woman' had her oil changed on her vehicle ?

DAMN!!!!

Neither me or my wife put on a lot of miles, so I change the oil around every 4 months. I just use dino. I'm at 76K, her car is at 152K, so might be time to switch to Maxlife or something similar.

I would of thought the car woulda had a "change oil soon" light or something.

Not all vehicles have a oil change monitor system in them.

But I wonder if her low oil pressure light came on lol
Just before your engine would seize up.

Ever see the last generation Mustang convertible TV commerical ?
A young woman driving on the highway through a desert like environment with the top down.
The oil pressure light flashes/comes on.
She pulls over right-a-way onto the shoulder.
Gets a bottle of sun tan/block lotion & re-applies it on her self.
The oil pressure light stops flashing while idling on the shoulder.
She takes off back onto the highway.

lol
