that ram was on 24s, there was also a silverado on 22s painted dodger blue. that red datson with the chromed out motor had a turbo setup and nitrous. i lost the audio trophy to that black camry with a 15" kicker L7, all they judged on was loudness, not quality.

cool pictures. its kind of weird seeing the datsun with newer looking rims. seems like they should look older or something. still really nice though. the subi and eclipse look nice too.

Nice pics Dave. Thats a pretty kickass idea for a car show at school.... If you don't mind me asking was it a frat or a school club that put it on for a fundraiser or something?

Would be a cool idea, Im in a couple clubs at college that are looking for fundrasiers, so I'll throw this idea out.

Sorry to hijack the thread Dave, but just wanted to add to Kyle's comments. I've been in a couple shows on campus where we were allowed to park ON the actual campus like in a main quad area so every student that walked by from class to class got to see the cars. Pretty cool IMO. The only problem (and gripe) that I've had with on-campus shows is the judging. If you're gonna help run a show, make sure (like Dave was complaining about) that the judges aren't biased and vote for their friends and know something about cars.

Not that I cared, but I was a little perturbed losing to a V6 Stang with a half-assed GT/Saleen exterior conversion and a completely stock 03 Tiburon with 3 MTX subs in the trunk in a box that he bought directly from Cicrcuit City or some ****.

The Red Datsun seems to be the most planned out car out of all the photos you took. That motor looks like an sr20det from a Nissan Silvia (240sx).

darren...i thought it was only for sudents, if i knew that anyone could go i would have posted on here to invite anyone. my car was the only domestic car other than a lincoln LS, which was ghetto anyway.

yea, that datson was crazy, except for the orange juice bottle used as the coolant reservoir. lol
