I've got a little bit of a problem, I noticed just the other day that my air conditioner wasn't putting out cold air and when I was checking my oil level, coolant level, etc. I saw this and took pictures. It seems that my cap and got destroyed somehow and green stuff, which I assume oil has come out, along with my refrigerant as well.

What should I do, get a new cap and get a refill bottle? The compressor still runs and doesn't cycle off and on like I have seen before with systems that have leaks, so is that what I should do??
It is the cap that is right in front of the radiator. I assume this is the high pressure side. Would I refill through the port that is next to the firewall?
