Well, I took my car in today for the "first warranty" related experience. Anyways, my problems included the "Warped" rotors, and the dome light rattle. Now, I don't usually expect to have warped rotors at 3k miles. That was very annoying. not to mention, the car had been pulsating for MOST of those 3k miles.. Nonetheless, being only 20, I was treated a little unfairly. I had a scheduled appointment to have the car done THAT day, and they got it done that day after I B*tched at them for a half hour... They wanted to keep my car over night. Only problem, I have NO transportation then. Anyways, they did resurface my rotors, and they fixed the dome light rattle.. However, I'm starting to have my doubts about getting another "GM" vehicle.... I want them to paint my mirrors also, but I thought that was pushing it yesterday. So, I will ask them why they are "FADING" compared to the rest of the car the next time I go in there....

I get free courtesy transportation at my dealership.. Usually it's a Malibu. I thought a courtesy car was included with the warranty on new GMs

When I said to the guy thats fine you can keep it over night, but give me a loaner car, he said "I don't have any to give". I don't believe that. That dealership is HUGE! I also they they were included, but being 20, maybe they didn't wanna give me one? I don't know. My buddy, has an Integra (brand new), and they gave him a courtesy car when he took his car in.... let me know.

Yet another bad experience at the dealership....golly gee what a shocker. Its not just GM though dude.... every automaker has bad customer service. My dealership only gives loaners for overnight repair jobs... like yours. Sounds like your dealer guy was just being lazy, or a jerk.

I think if they "don't have one" to give you then I think GM will pay (reimburse you) for a rental. Check this out first...I can't quite remember all the details about not having any transportation. I would rebook when they have a loaner for you.
