I tried to install the Caspers FPR today..ran into some trouble here. The FPR has no rubber O ring on the fuel line inlet and even with the bolt being tight, fuel ran out of the regulator and down the fuel line. It seems to me that this isn't a very logical setup...anyone have any tips or info??? Thanks

OK I talked to Capers today and they informed me that some of their bottom posts that they get from GM have been sent to them without the the O-ring installed. You have to take the rubber O-ring out of your stock FPR and install it on the Caspers. I installed the FPR this evening and it works great now. They reccomend to set the pressure at 44-48 PSI...well the factory PSI is at 50 WOT. I set mine at 55 PSI WOT...I am going to see how it runs on that at the track and perhaps boost it up to around 58-60 and check the difference.

Correct me if I am wrong, but the stock PSI is 40 not 50. Also, Jeremy notes on his instructions page for this installation that you should only set the level between 42-26 PSI. Here's the link if you want to read it...

I am going to correct you, because you are wrong. I installed the pressure gauge before I figured out what was going on with the Caspers FPR. I reinstalled the stock FPR and the pressure gauge sure did read 50 PSI WOT on the STOCK FPR. So obviously if stock pressure is at 50, you can boost the pressure up past the 44-48PSI. I have it at 55 right now, and it runs great...got lots more power in the upper RPM.
