Blinkers work annddd blinkers don't work.

I am having issues with the turn signals on my 1999 gagt. The blinkers work 95% of the time but then sometimes they don't work at all. I hit the flasher switch (on then off) and the blinkers come back to life.

What gives? Anybody else have a similar problem?
