Finally I got them :) !!!!!! Im leaving them the dark charcoal color it contrasts good with the silver. These are the first pics so its the best i have right now.

The tails look awesome, as does the rest of the car. Nice Work! And I agree, the charcoal does go nicely with the rest of the vehicle.

Those look good, those look really good, those look really really good. I wish i had some nice tail lights, I just dont feel like spending 400 bucks on them. GT lights will do me just fine, do you still have your stock GT lights?

Yea I still have the stock ones, but there are two cracks at the bottom of the left lens and on the right one the rubber gasket is torn. So they have had some abuse.

It took 3 months from when I paid for them. But that was then they were being hand crafted, now they are doing alot at one time, I guess more help or someone else doing the mold. But it wont take as long.

I must say, before I did not like those tails. But they are starting to grow on me. Very nice! You know what would probably look really cool? To match the l.e.d.'s style, get a 3rd brakelight l.e.d. over lay. I know you have a grand am gt one right now. I'll bet that would look sweet though.

Had I made those brake lights, I think I woulda just made solid circles to match the white back up light shape, then put those do it yourself angel eyes around the circles.

Yea I was thinkin of the angel eye thing but Im not sure yet. And an LED third brake light is coming soon from ***, you can see it on the pics someone posted of the BettyRacer the V8 grand am

Yea if you look to the left of the main screen it should have a listing for *** store and tailz should be listed....just mention GTFreak, hopefully you shouldnt have any problems.

yep, *** will be releasing the led third brake light. I'm up for that if the price isn't unbelievably high. It looks good from the pics I saw of the v8 grand am.

Oh yea its part of the kit, you have to silicone it yourself, that way you can do what you want with plastic mold that the lights sit in. I guess some prefer not to have it on, but it is included.

Thanks, Yea the difference is the bulls-eye blinker, the outside one is the same shape and all but it looks like a flower blossoming when it flashes, no just on/off, it starts with the center LED then the next row and next all the way to the outside row. Hard to describe.

looks great! that is probably the best combination ive seen with the *** tails (silver/charcoal). i would love to get a set just like that. nice job on the car as well. you cant go wrong with silver and great choice on the spoiler :thumbs:

Yea it was a huge pain, it is vinyl, the good thing about carbon fiber vinyl is it hides the cuts and splices pretty well. I still want to do the chrome dip but i dont know how much the plastic can withhold

I can imagine the pain it was to streatch that vinyl like that. I hope you used a good heat gun (or hair drying) makes it easier....
