Cool, Pasadena has a ton of stuff to do. Colorado Blvd has a lot of stuff there. There are some arts stuff as well. If you have time, you can drive to Los Angeles and cruise around or go down to Newport Beach and Santa Monica.

Santa Monica beach boardwalk is pretty nice. Lots of 'stuff' walking around.
Newport beach is nice too. Good scenery. Old Town Pasadena has some nice bars and stuff as well.

You going to have a rental car when you are there? That will help in seeing the sights.

Santa Monica is ghetto!!!! My sister used to live near SM. Now, she lives in Newport Beach and it is much much nicer. Please, if you don't have to go to SM, then go to Malibu or some other place where there aren't thugs walking around starting ish!!

On another note, Pinks is a good place to get hotdogs. Place is freaking busy though.

The Farmer's market downtown (actually the mall next door to it) is a good place to be seen and maybe go home with a few. Have seen a couple porn films being filmed there. Just look for the girls and the cameras.

The clubs around UC Irvine and UCLA are REALLY good places to meet some girls. In fact, UC Irvine was THE party school for awhile.

I just thought of another place...

Sunset Blvd (Strip). The bars and clubs there, now if you do not score, I will be really disapointed in ya. Since you are on expenses, that helps a ton. Those clubs and bars are crazy. You can pretty much start at one end and just go bar hopping the whole week you are there.

nooo serious go to old town pasadena, there is like massive shops, then theres moose mcguilicutties, bad ass bar, hmm i live like 5-10 mins from old town. hmmm there is this irish pub me and my friends hit up a few times cant think of the name, names dont mean a thing when you been drinkin also hooters is right there as well and Union Cattle a cool bar placeish, and as far as IE sorry guys but branding iron is not a good time. other than that im tryin to think it all depends hollywood has the sattle ranch, and at universal city walk there are a lot of places, b.b. kings is a cool night spot. but yeah the city walk has a bit more night life goin for it.
