Cmon people. Any shows or events people want to go to? I'm lazy and dont feel like looking dates up but I'm sure there are tons considering summer is coming around.

I want to go down to the track pretty soon. Maybe we could have a meet at Infinion or Sacramento Raceway. I'm actually out of projects for now. Everything that I know how to do, I've done. Everything else, I'd have to pay someone to do and that really starts to get expensive, so I think I'm done with modding for a while.

Anyways, I start a new job tomorrow so I'll have to see what scheduling is like. But for the most part weekends are free just let me know a few days in advance. My car will be put back together completely on Saturday (although Ill have to make another trip or two to put some final details on it).

Here's a list of DIY's that I'd like to get done soon and it'd be fun to have a mod day somewhere.
- Rockblocker tint on tails
- repaint calipers/drums
- Casper's fan switch
- inner/outer tie rods passenger side
- LIM gasket?

I should have bookmarked it. At our next meet if you want we can put my carbon fiber TYCs on your car to see how it'd look too. Although I think that tint would look pretty cool. That fan switch doesn't look too hard unless all those plugs are hard to get to.

I probably could make the 13th in the afternoon too. Yeah the drop is in and so are the KYBs and rims. Powertuner is helping a lot too. I can bring my laptop and give you guys some "fan on at key off" and other goodies.

Ugh I feel ripped off, what a waste of time today! I went to five different pick n pulls and there was only one late model GA in all those lots and it was an (I think 4 banger) SE. Not only that but it was already picked bare. Engine and tranny and all other under hood stuff - gone. Dash - gone. Headlights and taillights - gone. Interior door panels - gone. Wheels - gone. Bumbers and side molding - gone. Trunk stuff - gone. Anything else - gone. I looked for the trunk springs and door reflectors for Darren but they were gone. It was a coupe too so that cut the chance of finding reflectors in half.

I was also looking for camaro mounting brackets for my brake conversion, but there were only two late model camaros in the whole 5 lots I went too and both were v6 camaros with rear drums and no brackets.

What a day!

I'm sort of interested but I already have a high flow cat 2.5 headers back. Also I didn't need a dummy O2 sensor cause the cat I bought has an O2 plug and everything is hooked up without a SES light. I may go that route if they wont pass smog for it, but some places don't care as long as everything is still hooked up and no ses lights are on.

Need to know some years for the trunk parts. Dave said he MIGHT be able to find some of the parts you are looking for.

Any 99+ N-Body trunks will do I think. I'd prefer GA's though.

Brackets ended up around $100 for both shipped.. Calipers were $100 each.. Hopefully this weekend I can install..

You got any in mind? I'm down to go whenever just haven't been proactive enough to look for events. I work in Emeryville so that's where I am most of hte day. Most weekends I'm usually around Daly City partying it up...my car's not that hard to miss. LoL

So Luke and I met up last week so we could play with his DHP Tuner and transfer some other stuff. As of right now we're looking at meeting up and hitting the track in the beginning to middle of August. I have an LIM leak and would need from now till then to figure out a gameplan and get it fixed. But I am still down for mini-meets over the weekend if anyone just wants to shoot the **** and work on the cars. I'll be gone the 13-16th but anytime before or after I'm free.

C'mon people..the Bay isn't THAT big that we can't get something going.

And also, any know of any shows coming up? Definitely want to start entering soon and definitive dates will get me working a bit faster to finish my car.
