everyone keeps talking about the old goats. There were also some shots of old TAs too!! Very nice indeed! WOuld have loved to have been there and congrats on the win. Oh & like everyone else has asked, whats the category??

Wow...this thing blew up. I'm not sure about the shoes on the GTO but black rims are black rims when they're moving and that's what they should be doing. <<My $.02
To answer everyone's pressing question I won in the FWD category. They lumped Grand Prixs, Sunfires and Grand Ams into one category. The majority of drag passes were in the 12s and 11s all day long so it was better than most import show's drag racing I've been to. The turbo was insane on that Trans Am but I only go to see it make a half run. I got a nice tan and saw some great Pontiacs so you guys should try and hit it up next year.

The rims are at home and in the box. I'm taking the month of July off from work to do some beach touring down the east coast so I haven't got the cash to spend on tires for them just yet but I'll hopefully get them mounted and balanced this winter so they'll be ready to go in the summer.

Yeah I mean it's driving me crazy but if I do everything at once then there will be nothing to do for the next couple years I drive the car. It's only got 15000 miles on it and I'm planning on running it to 60k, so there's no point in modding it out completely just yet. Besides, I need to take some time off of work cause I'm starting to feel burnt out. East coast beaches, here I come!

and watch out, those miles add on fast. i remember when my car had only 20k miles..suddenly its ready for its 50k checkup.

It is a little odd to have one here in VA but I guess they figured pulling people from MD, DC, VA, and NC. Even a couple from SC. I live in the city so I doubt I'll be putting that many miles on there but who knows. With these beach trips (and yes b!tches will be involved too, pics to come soon if mods will allow :angel ) I'm sure I'll be packing on the miles!
