Does anyone have any pictures of a speaker mounted directly to the front doors?

I want to do this with my Focal 6.5" but i want to see how it looks first.

Can you use the stock grill if you replace the stock speakers with 6 1/2's? I was given a pair of JL Evolution speakers but they didn't come with a grill and I wouldent want my Evolution's exposed to the world.
