So I ordered my slotted, zinc plated rotors May 24th. And hmm, I still dont have my rotors. So I called and they told me they out-source the plating work on the rotors so it takes awhile. Didnt get any confirmation shipment email, I called back...they tell me they made a mistake and drilled my rotors instead of slotting them, they would re-do it and it would be shipped out Friday June 2nd and would send me a confirmation email. Monday June 5th, no confirmation email...I call back and they said they were behind and will send it out today. At 730pm that night, I got a confirmation email only to find that they are sending it to the WRONG city. My order confirmation clearly says 61615 Peoria, they send it to 62615 Auburn. So they will "try" to get UPS to fix it when it arrives in Illinois, or I have to wait until it gets returned to them, so they can send it out again...how gay is this?

Hate to bust yur ranting bubble - but from May 24th - to today is not even 2 weeks.
I woulnd't expect rotors that are receiving a special finish etc... for at least 3-4 weeks on average. Yes it seems like they have dropped a few balls in this whole thing - but 2 weeks is not worth a tear in my eye

Be Patient grasshopper

PS...you can call UPS on yur own to redirect the shipment

my FB Rotors didn't crack, but they sure rusted and grooved badly.

I was completely fine with the time it took to make/plate the rotors, I guess I'm just on edge how the screwed up the shipment. I'm just hoping they can fix it once it gets somewhere in Illinois. So I dont have to wait for UPS to return it to them, so they can re-send it.

I can beat that.
I bought autodynasty chrome headlights. It took 3 weeks to get them. I opened the box and they where the black headlights not chrome. So i call them. Their english was so bad that it took forever for me to tell them that they sent me the wrong headlights. So i send them back. Takes 1 week to get all the way back to them. THEN they send me the right ones, that took 3 more weeks. So in the end i waited 7 weeks total to get what i payed for.

Oh and i have another one for ya. I bought a CAI from APOC years ago and waited 9 MONTHS and never received a thing. I emailed once a week and NEVER got a response. AFter a few legal threats he sent me my money back.

Moral of the story is buying off the internet has its ups and downs.

Dont worry, you will love your R1's, i LOVE mine! You should have gotten slotted and drilled though, they look way cooler.
