maxed out at 110

ok so from what i've read a GAGT should be able to reach higher speeds than this but for the life of me, once my car kicks into 4th, i can't reach over 110 without my limiter kicking in. I assume the limiter is based on RPMs so my question is.. is there any way to keep the car in 3rd longer to achieve higher speeds.

first off, i hope for the sake of that car in front of you that you werent going that fast on a public road. secondly why would you want to, and thirdly i dont know ive never heard of that. Maybe its secretly an SE.
