all i know is when my rim cracked about a month or so ago, i filed an incident report right away, ordered the rim and sent a claim form with a copy of the bill with the insident number and hopefuly someday ill get re-imbursed, but if not whatever, stuff happens

Call the municipal center
Also helps if there was utility work being done in the area
good luck bud

At least it didnt crack. Mine split right in half, and the rims are no longer produced. Sux 4 me!
Aside from that I know how u feel. Might as well try and money from those Focken scumbags.

Only way you get any money is if you can prove they knew about it and didn't do anything. GL with that.

not always true...
I called the minute it happened...waited for a township rep to arive...they saw it...agreed...and got reimbursed
took about 6 weeks...but i got it
then in my 2000 ga...same thing...i pulled over...a cop told me the water company had done work in the area.
i called them..they asked nothing under 1000...got my tire rplaced and one rim.
i was truthful...but these things happen everyday and companies pay money to make it go away...reason why a lot of people do it fraudulently
but hey - what do I know about fraud investigations ;)

Holy **** you cracked an inox????? those things are like fort knox
dint crack it, just bent the **** outta it...i talked to a buddy of mine and he said that the city will pay for it if you take a picture and show how deep it is and then contact the city complaint office. it seems like a long shot but its worth a try
ps. anyone know where i can get a new inox?? I talked to tirerack already and they said that AT Italia went outta business last year and that there is only a limited supply of inoxs left and they dont have any 18x8 anymore:(

it's definitely possible to get money back. I don't know who you send that to, but if you send it maybe to the road commision or something beccause I know of a few people in detroit/michigan that have gotten some money back.

Oh man. I hate this sh!t. You spend soo much money on rims and then they crack or what ever and then you need a new one and the focken company goes out of business. Then your stuck w/ three friggen useless wheels. And you'll be lucky if you find another like it or if someone wants to buy three rims off of you or sell seperatley. Fukin sux

meh that pothole is nothing try driving in philly they had the road I normally drive into work torn up for about a month till they finally got around to paving it...raised manhole covers and holes all over looked like someone bombed the road. A big city wont do jack about reimbursing you that might work in a little town but the city isnt going to care.
