I just bought this one for $50 shipped and it looks exactly like that one. I will install it this weekend.

I've bought one from them but they still have the plastic clips that will break eventually...

If they are using the same motor as the one I installed last year then it kicks ass! Twice the power and speed of the origional!!(I've alwasy hated the slow motors that GM uses in their power window application. This is one thing I would NOT buy from the dealer!)

I bought this one http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1,1&item=300003574964&ih=020&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT
for $40 plus $15 shipping from MakotoAutoTrends. The material thicknesses all measured the same as the original regulator and it is built almost identically. I took a picture of them side by side and the original is on the left.
