I hit 25 Inches of vacuum

Odd, but i dont think i ever had it happen before. I was on the highway in 3 not D and when i would let off the pedal all the way it would go to 25 Inches. has anyone ever hit that before? I rechecked everything under the hood and it looks and feels A-OK. Im typically always 20 or 21 Inches. In D it would hit 22. Im about to go for another drive so we will see what happens

Ive been getting 20-25 vac for a couple weeks now but i think its more b/c its 100 degrees im driving around in.

Noticed how the tube for the PVC is a lil outta whack. Perhaps you could have a vacuum leak with some of the routing and removal and such?

25" of vacuum doesn't hurt anything especially if you closed the throttle during high rpm. But as for the vacuum leak...wouldn't that result in a lower number?

yea my 25 vac reading dropped to 18 today when it went from 98 on friday to 68 degrees on saturday all day.

Hm ^^ funny because i was out last night in the cool air and it was reading what i normally see. I have been out in hot weather before, just never hit that high of a number
