I bought a TB coolant bypass kit off of ebay and they sent me two. When I bought it it was $20 plus shipping. If someone was intrested in buying it Ill sell it for $10 dollars. I also do not have pay pal so if someone wants this we will have to go on the honor system. I will send the part and when you get it you send me a check. Any one want it?

$20! I did the same mod with some spare 5-6inch long hose tubing and some spare fasteners laying around. And best part...it was free!

So just a question, What are you using to cover up the TB?

You don't need to cover anything on the TB, cut the tubes off for that matter it doesn't make a difference. All you need is a loop of hose and clamps on the hard coolant line and you are set.

Those ebay kits are a rip off, since you can do the same thing for under $3.00

take off your air box, you will see a coolant line running into the TB disconnect those hoses and connect the two with one. Then get some caps and cap off the TB.

Yeah, the main function will be having the TB easier to remove. It does prevent some heat, so you can expect to see very small gains near 1-3 HP.
