Yes you read correctly I am in the process of purchasing a 1991 Dodge Stealth RT/TT all wheel drive, all wheel turn, 92000 miles, leather interior, exterior is red and only $2500. This car does need some body work. The owners psycho girlfriend keyed the car front to back on the passenger side and the drivers side has a dent on the front quarter panel and rear quarter panel. But luckily I have a auto body guy that owes me a lot of favors. :) I have been on http://www.3si.org/forum and some other stealth/3000gt sites reading the pro's and con's to these cars and so far it seems like i am getting a hell of a deal. I have seen videos of these cars pushing 500+hp on a stock block running low 9's in a quarter mile. So it seems as though soon i will have 3 money grubbing ****s. First the GA second the RT/TT and then of course my lovely GF. I will post pics when i pick up the car. But for now i leave you with a link to a heavily modified stealth http://www.cardomain.com/ride/655051

Nice buy..sounds like a lot of fun. I'm going to assume that it is 5-speed?

You assumption is correct. I can't wait to get it next week. Has anyone on this forum had any experience with this car?

Very glad to hear that my assumption is correct...it just wouldnt be as fun if it werent. Any plans for the first few mods? Again, I'll assume intake/exhaust first?

There is a free boost mod (http://www.stealth316.com/2-freeboost.htm) that takes the 91-93 stealth from 7psi to 10psi just by removing a restriction plug from the wastegate. Can't beat free boost! Besides that i am going to change the plugs wires, relocate the battery to the trunk. Swap out the Y-pipe for a actual pipe instead of plastic tubing. Exhaust eventual kinda depends on the shape. Rims is a must with a new paint job that is most likely going to be red. Swap out the brake lines for stainless steel/braided. Upgrading the system with all these speakers and amps i have laying around. You know the usual mendoza routine lol.

Anything above 30mph the back wheels turn 15-20%.

It's the suspension that weighs the car down so much. All wheel drive = a very heavy car. None the less twin turbos helps the car scoot.

My friend has a 97(i think) 3000gt 5spd that ive driven before. Its a very smooth shift..Those cars pull pretty hard. He didnt have the TT he had only a SE so i was still able to pretty much take him in the GA...(his car was pretty F'ed too) but still none the less decent buy..

I always liked that car. Only wish I had the opportunity to drive one...but twin turbo FTW
The all wheel turning is actually a 1.5 degree turn from the rear wheels, 15 - 20% is not an accurate description, just clarifying that. I believe the 300ZX had this feature as well, it apparently does make quite the difference.

A friend of mine had a BF with a very similar Stealth (not sure the year) that was putting down like... 500hp and running 3.2 to 60... his **** was nasty. I think he fried the clutch a couple thousand miles into it though. Nice find though.

Some 240sx's also had this feature, Nissan called it HICAS (High Capacity Actively Controlled Suspension). Wish mine had it. ;crap

Only diffrence between a 3kgt and stealth is the body kit and active spoiler. I already have been buying new parts for a conversion.
