This months theme, staying in order of the Halloween theme, is "Best Cemetary Shot" (no pun intended).
Submissions due by September 20th. Lets get creative guys!

i think these are my submissions ill see if i can get anything better before the 20th if so ill change them but for now these are the finals some took these at resurection cemetery. the one with the legend of resurection mary couldn't get the car up by the bent bars or i would have tried for a pic.

Here's two of mine...hopin to get a third in before the deadline. Didn't turn out *quite* how I wanted them to, but night pics are a pain that way ;crap I liked the "tunnel to Hell" style one :D

I had perimission from the grounds keeper to park along the sides as long as i was a reasonable distance from the graves and stones.
In both pics i look to be closer than i actually am.

I'm goin to the cemetary tonight to take some. This is about the only time in my life that I will ever have a legitimate reason to take a photo of my car in a cemetary so I figure I'll give it a shot. It shall be very original.. I hope it turns out. :)

To tell ya the truth it isnt easy becuase your kinda forced to stay on the pavement. Really sucks becuase you see a whole crap load of nice scenery but you cant get your car to it to take a pic.

If you plan on going on the grass try to find a grounds keeper and ask them. Dont go driveing on the grass or near graves. People can and will get very upset. Just be respectful of where you are.

Ok here are my three tries. I went at night and there was NO lighting anywhere in the cemetary. Kinda' difficult to find a good shot. I parked in front of a tree and was not disturbing any of the graves, just so ya know. The vertical shot doesn't show any of the graves, but I am facing them. Just can't see them. Obviously I photoshopped the black and white ones.
