i just got me another 00' gase this time with the 3100 v6.. it is silver unlike my last one which was white..i kept my tails and they r already installed on the car..the only thing is it kinda look a tad bit funny in a way due to they r still white instead of silver/gray..i was wonderin if anyone may know what the color code is for the silver color in 2000 there isnt any color code stickers on it so i cant tell for sure..i want to make sure that i get teh color code right so that way the tail will match pretty close when i get to repainting them..ill post some pics later on of the car when i get the tails done..until then keep it safe and be careful out there guys/gals...had to cut out a 22 yr old woman the otehr nigt that was street racing against a mustang needles to say she didnt make it so keep it leagal if your wanting to race sombody tell'em to take it to the track..to bad her 18month son wont b able to know his mother now..keep it reall and be safe..

That'd be ridiculous if it was. Talk about a backward swap. I believe for 2K there were two shades of silver being sold. One is Silvermist Metallic (or was that just 99?) and I forget the name of the other color. Pics?

I gotta agree with everybody else. My 99 had a 3400. If it actually is a 3100, there's been some serious shenanigans going on.

it might have been swapped to a 3100 when the gaskets blew. who knows. some of those mechanics are useless in that respect, or maybe it was cheaper and the previous owner was a cheap ass.

were in the same boat, i now have an 00 GA, but mines a GT1.

sorry about the confusion guys it is a 3400 the last time i looked at it was a really quick glance sorry..granted i was wondering that as well..took some more time and looked better the other day at the whole engine area..instead of glancing at it..i feel like a dummy to think it was a 3100..

also no havent got the strobes in this one yet but they may be coming sometime got other things to get done first..i will also be getting some pics up soon hopefully..if the weather courporates with me
