I have that exact wideband. It works great, but I use mine withDHP powrtuner of course. The LM-1 has a digital to analog output that you can hook up to the AD port on the tuner to data log your wideband AFR which is very useful. I'm pretty sure HPT has an input you can use for this too but I'm not familiar with how to set it up on theirs. Shouldn't be hard though.

HP has input for wideband exhaust temp, just about any external sensor available. :)

I know that they will work together, just asking if anyone knows what adapters will be necessary to make the wide ban show in my HP scans??

Um, you shouldn't need any adapters. The LM-1 comes with a stereo plug with a two wire lead that plugs into the output on the LM-1. You insert the signal and ground wire (LM-1 instruction manual will tell which is which) into the AD ports signal and ground sockets on your tuner and it will now read the signal. The LM-1 will let you adjust the limits of the signal output (ie 0-1volt = 10-20 afr) to what ever range you need. Again I don't know how HPT does it, but the DHP scanner you set up your gauge (AD1) to read the output range from the scanner and convert it to a AFR reading using a math conversion formula. It's not too complicated.

No adaptor at all. HP comes w/ a black box you plug the sensor wires into, and just go into the software to set it up for that sensor.

HPT accepts 0-5v input or outputs. its pretty simple to hook up. im running the LC1 in my trans am and it was pretty simple to install. Im thinking about getting a credit for the GA too...just for the hell of it.
