what do you mean? in your posts or in your avatar/user pic?
to post them up just go to www.imagevenue.com
for avatar just go to "user CP" at the top of the screen then go to avatar.

click the "go advanced" button the scroll down to "manage attachments" then click "browse" and select the picture then finally click "upload"
