Has nothing to do with the CAI. Any check engine lights on? your either dumping gas, why your smelling gas.. Or burning oil making the dark grey smoke.

Im not sure what type of oil is in it what ever it came with when it was bought, but now the smoke is more of a moderate grey and it not constant, should i not really have to worry about it or wut?

If you're burning oil its a sign of problems on the inside of the engine. You probably could get away with not doing anything about it but if left alone it could cause more problems ranging from major engine issues to clogged cats.

Considering that you don't know when the last oil change was done. Yes you do have a REAL reason to change it.
