Finally got the car on the dyno and had some pretty good results!! This is on factory manifolds and it was raining outside. The humidex was still only at 50% though in the shop. Well here is a link to the screen shots. Did 4 runs in all. My tune was lacking some fuel @ 210kph or so but cleaned that up pretty quick. Only picked up a couple of hp with the dyno tune but at least I know my AFR is good now.

Engine was built by Milzy Motorsports on March 3,4,5 of 2006. Still on factory manifolds and using a 75 dry shot from ZEX(really nice set-up!!)Factory transmission untouched. HP tuner program
How you like them apples!!!!!!!:leg

Seems a bit low for a 75 shot. I'm sure once you change out the stock manifolds it'll get alot better though.

In the link above, when there, click on homepage. There are picks of the cars track times N/A, and after this weekend I'll have track times with NOS(if the weather holds out) All picks of mods are there as well in a couple of different albums.
I expect to see numbers in the 250hp and 270tq range with the headers(to the wheels)

What happened at the 160 kph mark. It is skewing your peak results.

Did it shift gears at that mark? Also you didn't happen to take a scan while there, did you?

no shift. 3rd gear all the way. I did scan it but I think you need the HP program to view it. It's in the link too...

Can you export that scan data to .CSV ? Then those of us with autotap, DHP, Excel could view it. Thanks,

I don't know much about Nitrous, but I assume it cools down your IAT's (as your scan shows... once you peg the throttle to 100%, your IAT's dramatically drop until it hits -35*F) and the throttle hit 100% at 123 km/h... ... maybe a problem with your tune?
Also, are you running a wideband? I think commanding 11afr is running a tad rich, but if you don't have a wideband, then forget that comment:) However, you adjusted your MAF. Is it a stock MAF? If not, how and why did you change the settings?
I'm probably missing something :) Here is his scan in csv

^^^^^^^^^Thanks Tim :)
Stock MAF. Ported it out(6 hours of grinding and polishing) Changed the flow characteristics quite a bit. Had Milzy help with the recal #'s. Had the Wide Band on the car. Commanding 11.0 actually gives me 11.6 to one. Tested with a lab grade, 5 gas, O2 sensor when it was on the dyno to get the 11.6 to 1...that's where the extra couple of hp came from, and got rid of the dip at 210. If I go any more than 11.6 it made no extra power. Changed the MAF so that the Commanded matched the actual in scans of short and long trims. Scaling the MAF was the difference in doing 14.8 in the 1/4 and doing 14.5. Also the PE is set to 11.0 across the board and in the PE adder vs. TPS is where I added 1.5 to the AFR up to 90% throttle(giving 12.5). NOS fires at about 97%. So, in doing it that way, below 90% the car runs N/A, then if I go above 90 the NOS should be on...that way I don't have to program a new tune every time I want to use it. The test was done from 120 to redline in 3rd gear(closest one to one ratio) Once at 120 he told me to hit it. All four runs done that way....

The very first thing I would do is ditch that MAF. It is not reading correctly at all. Your scan should of showed the Hz. signal steadily rise, not wavering like yours is. That is due to the port job screwing up the air flow over the MAF element wires. Plus you are not flowing enough air to need to port that MAF, it's not a restriction.
Second, you need to get your LTFT at WOT at 0. In your scan it was at -4.7. That means it was pulling 4.7% from your commanded PE (ex. instead of 11.0 you got 11.5).
Also was the wideband installed before the cat or in the tail pipe? If it was in the tail pipe then you can't trust the afr measurement, unless you don't have a cat.

wide band sensor before the cat

Well, thanks for noticing the MAF readings!! I replaced the MAF and rewired my IAT sensor. Car seems to be smoother......have to see how it runs today. Gonna get out for a little run right now and see how the fuel trims are. Last week my trims would lock in at "0"........so I don't really know what happened, but when I would "wiggle" the wires going to the MAF the car would almost die. Then I knew we were onto something. Again, thanks for the help guys!!-rewired the MAF as well:)

You'll have to retune the MAF table again with the new MAF so that the LTFT trim will lock at 0. After that you should see an improvement at the dyno.

Did the MAF scale, and have the trims locking at "0" again!! Went to the track yesterday and completely blew it!! Was having terrible runs and nothing was making sense. Trims were locking in at 0 and fueling curve looked ok, not great, but ok. Ran a best of 14.4 beating my best time of 14.5 but TERRIBLE none the less! In checking the scans last night I found that I had NO SPRAY!! SO, I still have no idea what this car will do!! With the tuning and the dyno runs I depleted the bottle to a point that the ZEX monitoring system stopped the spray! Well at an AFR of 11.5 to 1 I ran a 14.4 1/4 beating my best yet. Going to fill the bottle, not touch it till I get to the track, and see what this thing will really do. The 14.4 was with a terrible launch with some wheel spin so without the spray it was a very good time for me....still I'm an IDIOT!!!
Nice dyno results and good to see that u got ur MAF figured out. Sucks about the track tho, i wanna see results when u got the nos running.

question, mmm What do you think about the HP tuner ? Is it good ?? Because the thing is that I wanna buy the DHP but you have to wait like 3 to 4 weeks for they to ship it or something like that , so my other option was to buy the HPtuner is it good ?Or just stay wait a while for the DHP???

Did you take the engine right to milzy or did you ship it?
