Yes

Good answer lol I guess I only asked one question didn't I?

any likes or dislikes about the way the season has started? How's your favorite team doing? any predictions for the cup?

anything else anyone wants to add, go ahead..

My Colorado Av's aren't doing well. They have great talent and a solid team, but haven't been performing the way I thought they would. However, the few Av's I have on my fantasy hockey team have been doing excellent. any sleepers out there that someone could pick up for their fantasy team?

My team.....ya. The Flyers. Complete disarray. I hate the new style of hockey. Partly because the Flyers suck at it but also because it seems to have taken alot of the passion out of the game.

Chicago started to look up... The blackhawks went 7-1 in preseason and had a solid lineup. I loved the way they were playin while Havlat and Handzus were a formidable duo. Unfortunately Havlet, Barker, Cullimore, Khabibulan, and Handzus are now all injured. Figures.

What teams do you guys think were the biggest surprises this year?

Mine would have to be the Wild. I mean I know their lineup is good, but they are doing better than expected in my book. Even tho a few of their wins were close since they won them in overtime or shootout. However, a win is a win.

I think Pittsburg will turn around later in the season. They may not be over .500 but they will start to win more games. With a very youthful roster, they will begin to come together and play well. Malkin (spelling?) and Crosby have been seen as great contributors to the team. Malkin scored a goal in each of his three first games. One reason he's on my fantasy roster ;)

I don't think Detroit will mount up to a lot this year as they seem to be down a little bit. They won't be the powerhouse they used to be.

Buffalo will have an amazing shot at the cup this year. Their winning percentage is good and have been playing well. On the other hand, Carolina hasn't been doing a ton yet, but it's very early in the season.

Colorado will again be either 7 or 8 come playoff time. I don't see them making a huge impact this year, but they will remain decent. Svatos has to come up big this year, and he hasn't thus far. Wolski will try to take Tanguay's place, which will be a huge assignment. Defense will be solid as they have a GREAT core. When Leopold comes back, he will make a good impact. Goalie will be kinda on and off. Theodore plays well, but not as well as he used to. Budaj is decent, and has great potential, but we'll see how he does for his sophomore year.

Those are the things I wanted to say the most. Any other ideas, comments???

My Colorado Av's aren't doing well.

Well, they're doing better than my Kings who got slapped around by them a couple nights ago.

wild is a big surprise

the wings are going to gradually get worse until they hit rock bottom and then go through a huge rebuilding phase. its amazing that only losing a very few guys can change the whole teams attitude and play (yzerman and shanahan). its very disappointing to me cause I have been a huge wings fan my whole life, but o well

i think buffalo has the best chance to win the cup this year, they are stacked all around and have depth and great goal tending with miller and biron (plus their new jerseys are the sechs)

im not a big fan of all the new rules and style of play though, i think they are calling WAY to much **** and not letting them have any contact whatsoever, i like how there is more speed and finesse, but not enough physicallness due to the way the refs are calling the games
