I cant get your pic to come up.

Give more details, whats it look like? what does it taste like? where is it coming from? etc.

Its comming from the drivers side right by the oil/transmission pan area....its an orangish oil like fluid. Pic is working now.

Well if its orangish its probably coolant.
Trans fluid is redish colored and smells sweet and tastes sweet.
You probably have a LIM leak.

From the terrible pic it looks like your trans pan is starting to leak. Probably cost about $120 bucks to fix, because you basically need to do a trans service to replace the gasket!

From the picture it looks like all You need is a new pan gasket.

Thank you for all the replies...yea sorry about the quality of the pic I just kinda threw my camera under the car and set it on auto. So can I totally rule out the LIM? My first instinct was the transmission but the fluid is like an orangish oil like fluid. In a way I just hope all I need is a new pan gasket I dont want to deal with any LIM issues. BTW I have 82k on my car. I will keep an eye on it the next few days. Thank You

After looking at it closer today it appears the coolant is sitting on top of the transmission casing and leaking down to the ground. Would this still be a LIM issue?

most likely but you need to find the leak! Have it looked at by your local garage!
