spring swap question

hey I was reading through some info on how to beef up the 3400 and ran across the LS1/6 valve spring conversion. Anyways, the links at the bottom but it appears to be older than dirt, and the pictures no longer work on it. I'm interested in doing this swap but w/o pictures as a how-to I think i'll screw it up. -My question is does anyone have pictures of it being done!!!!!????-

one last question, maybe it's stated but i might have missed it. What other mods are recommended with this, and what can i expect out of the gains?

I've read through numerous threads and haven't found anyone with pictures yet....
