ipod display on jensen 9410 screen [Archive]

hey guys, i currently have my ipod hooked up to my jensen 9410 head unit screen via the av outputs, and everything works great. but here is my problem, i would like to have the background of the ipod (i.e. now playing, menu's, ect.) show up on the screen once connected, insted of the annoying blue screen. I have gotten the ipod pictures and videos to work on the screen, but i would really like to have the background menu's on the screen. I am about 98% sure jensen doesnt make a direct ipod hook up for the 9410 series. I have also tried using the "ipod audio/video cables" (with the headphone jack to the red, yellow, white av plugs), thats how i got the pictures and videos section to display on the screen. Anyone have any ideas on how i can get those menus to show up?

only the more expensive one does what you are talking about...

i know b/c i had it in my GA, and it's a lot better than what you have hooked up now..everything's on the screen and its a lot easier to navigate
