2000 Grand am GT MN

The basics: This is a 2000 Grand AM GT coupe. It has the 3.4 motor and an automatic transmission. It also has the ram air package as well. The car is pretty much loaded with power windows, power locks, power mirrors, power moonroof, cruise, a/c, cloth interior, and many other standard features!
The upgrades:
Whelen police/competition series strobe light kit with 2 strobes up front and 4 in the rear
New battery in the front of the car
Shaved antenna, key hole, and spoiler
6 deep cycle batteries wired to 36v 1100CA each

2 pro hopper competition pumps, 4 Italian dumps

fresh black paint

19 chrome rims with yoko tires good tread

windows tinted 20%, full front 35% with 5% eyebrow

molded rear bumper

shaved and smoothed front and rear bumpers

front inner fenders cut out for the tires to come through

steel reinforced front fenders

full stainless custom exhaust through reverse lights

steel reinforced trunk floor

all stainless braided hoses in trunk

6" Pro Hopper cylinders in front

8" Pro Hopper cylinders in rear

10 switches; F, B, SS, ALL, SEE SAW and individual corners

The car has around 45300 miles!!!

Just a quick question: I thought the Grand Am couldn't handle hydros well because of the fact that there are no frame rails? Just wondering. Good luck.

it can handle them. its just easier to twist the body if you're too hard on it. i remember there was a post about an alero on bags that broke its rear window because of that.

Damn, I'd rather just buy the whole car if we were to do that.... I'm assuming you'd want a good amount for the swap, and the amount of work I would have to do.... It'd make more sense just to buy yours.

Years lol and no it has not warped ....... Had the same setup on my s10 through a roll pan never warped and that pan was plastic also.
