ihave a 95 ga se 3.1 with a 4t60e. i plan on doing the 3.4 swap but not sure if my pcm can be tuned by dhp am i obd1 or obd2 also my trans has a vacuum port on the front is it not controlled by the pcm

You're OBD1. You'll want to talk to someone about burning a PROM from the engine if you want tuning.
The 4T60E uses a vacuum modulator to control the main line pressure in the trans and nothing else. Everything aside from that in the trans is electronic.

94-95 are actually transition years, commonly called OBD1.5. The ALDL post is still OBD1, but the PCM contains a soldered in Flash chip, not a removable PROM like the OBD1 cars. But since its not OBD2, it is not supported by the OBD2 programmers by DHP and HP Tuners. So basically, unless you have a Tech1 (GM programmer), there is nothing you can do to it. Oh, and even with the Tech1, unless you have a guy who really knows how to use one and get into the tables and such, even that is pretty much a no go.

might as well do the obd 2 swap while you have the engine out. theres a bunch of stuff you need for the swap but its pretty easy to do. pm me if you want a list of stuff you need to grab.

if i do the obd2 swap can i use a 3400 pcm or do i still need the 3100

whatever car you get the harness from just take the pcm with youll have to tune it anyway.
