I could've sworn that I heard the new GA will be built at the Orion plant, not Lansing.
In any case, I've read good things about the Epsilon platform - but only time will tell....

You heard right, it IS being transfered from Lansing to Orion. The only caveat I have with the Epsilon platform is that it seems to be smaller than the N-body platform, which I think would be a pain. Some of the GA's best features (handling, inside space, body styling) come from having a long, wide platform...

Buy Buy N-body:(
Not very accurate...The 05 will be built in Orion and I know that the car will not come with OnStar. (that's where I work!)

Anyone else catch "vented front brakes" and "3 point rear center" Seems pretty cool and by the description seems feasible. We'll just have to wait and see

...nope... the next GA is supposed to grow in size... the Epsilon platform is larger than the current N-body... the 2003 Saab 9-3 is built on the Epsilon... if you take a look at that car you'll see that it's bigger...

It may just be the way the interior is done but I sat in a 2003 9-3 and it felt much smaller then my GA (and these things I take good notice of, let's just say that I'm gravitationally-challenged:)). Hopefully they'll redesign the platform by then anyway...

...they shouldn't send it to the crusher either... they should auction it off for charity... or better yet... it can be one of the raffle prizes at GAP 2003 ... :)
