when im on the highway and cars are around me my tach kinda bounces like 200-300 RPM worth and i can hear/feel the engine actually changing RPMs. i have a 2001 GAGT with ram air on it and the only thing i can see wrong is the RAM AIR BY PONTIAC plate is missing but im pretty sure thats not the reason. so any ideas??

Change your air filter, while your at it might as well go CAI. Also, when was the last time the injectors were cleaned and the plugs and wires done?

um no clue. i just got the car a week ago and it has 86000 on it.... would a k&n filter help and give a lil performance gain over the Fram thats on there now?

i had the same problem last summer, had to replace one of my injectors and it took care of the problem. good luck!

For a "cardude" that sure is an interesting question.... You won't notice a thing unless your old filter is really dirty.

its kinda funny tho, cuz i just took it in on monday to a very trusted dealer by me. had them check everything over. i had kinda hard starts and the found a vaccum leak or sumthin and the fixed it.... anyways how can u tell an injector is bad and how much $$$$$$$?

take it to a shop with a good scan tool or you can test each injector with a multimeter

But it would be a good idea to do plugs and wires anyways
