its newton meters. which accoring to google equals to about .738 lb ft so otherwise that thing is somwhere in teh 2000ft lb range for tq if i did my math right.

Construct it out of matchsticks and super glue. The occasional piece of duct tape. Really its not that hard to build a full race suspension, all items can be found at your local Meijer.
