front wiring harness

also i have a front wiring harness for sale, it will be the entire harness, which screws into the bottom front half of the underhood fuse box. it goes to the washer fluid reservoir, pump, both sets of lights, also the cruise control, fill tank and a few other places. it is all in one piece, except for the drivers side, some of the connectors are messed up from my accident and a few wires were cut, but can be spliced back. good if you need any pigtails, or want to get pigtails to fix this one. in descent shape overall, asking $40 plus shipping, will get pics in a day or so.

also on this type of thread im selling the pass side headlight, has some hazing on it. $20 plus shipping, does not include the lamps sorry, it was an aftermarket replacement, dont remember the brand

also i have 2 fog lamps, some hazing on them, not including the lamps, $15 a piece, come with brackets also, buyer pays shipping, aftermarket, dont remember brand, but stock fit

I might take the driver side fog light. would it be easy to just swap the bulb in mine to this one?

also, if you still have that injector harness available would you consider doing a deal for both? shipping together would be cheaper also im assuming

yah i still have it, if you are sure it will fit yours, or if you are looking to upgrade, i have it, i am just waiting for my heads and intake to come in so i can take them off, when i do i will hve the harneess to ship, but yah ill make a deal, what did i quote u for the harness, like $20 right, well then ill combine shipping and ill send the 1 foglamp bulb that didnt get messed up for $35 for all of it plus the shipping...hows that

I'm just really confused here, sorry. I dunno what to do regarding this stupid harness because i've never had to replace anything like that. Like it would be safer to just replace the whole harness, but if this isn't a sure thing it'll work with my car then my safer bet would be to just buy the pigtail and solder it with some heatshrink like you said. Might be cheaper too, but since you had the foglight also I thought maybe a combined deal might be worth the risk.

Can you snap a picture of the injector harness? That would make life a whole lot easier for the both of us. :angel

I'm not looking to purchase the headlight harness, me and gectek had a sale we were talking about in another thread regarding his fuel injector harness. My stock injector harness has a frayed wire, and you can either buy the pigtail connector from GM and solder a new connector on or replace the entire wiring harness.

He's saying something about if it fits mine or not, and i dont even know id have to see a pic of it to see if its the same exact one...and hes saying to upgrade as if its a harness for bigger injectors or something..i dunno?

because if i remember right, the 99 injectors are diff plugs than the 00 and up, but maybe i should ask around and see what i can find out. yah ill get a pic today of my new harness and let u see exactly what i have, and if you want it then the deal is on...

and also Ac99redga ill get a pic of the wiring harness tonight, i just wanted you to know that there is some damage to the drivers side wiring and 1 or 2 connectors so that if you buy it you wont feel cheated. a brand new stock harness is about $240 from the dealer here, and it is one of the cheapest dealers in the US besides gmpartsdirect. ill get a few photos so ull know what i mean...ok

lol, ill show u exactly what is missing, nothing is wrong with the harness at all. i will show you what i broke and what i lost, just so u know, it is exactly the same as mine, so i will take the parts off and take pics of them separately so u know what i mean and ill take good pics of the conn to make sure they are right for u

ok here are the pics

wushdis, the pic of the weather seal and green keeper are what is missing and broken, in that order. the seal is missing and the keeper is broken, but u can use them from ur existing harness if you have them. also i have good pics of the elec conn for the injector

Ac99redga here are the pics of the harness, and what is messed up. the drivers side is ok, except for the fog lamp conn is missing the tab to hold it on, but it stays on just fine, the clearance lamp conn is messed up(ears torn off) but the others are ok, and the wires that were torn are shon tied together, easily spliced. all the other conns and harness are ok.

EnVeE 02 here are pics of the headlight from the pass side as well. i am washing the black rubber that goes around it, and ill wash the light thouroughly also. there is very little hazing at all really.

also here are pics of the drivers side and pass side fog lamps, drivers side on left pass on right, i have washed the drivers side and am currently washing the pass side. both come with the lamps because i found them. i am not 100% sure if they work, but i know the worked when i sat it down and took them off a few weeks ago

you all know prices and if you want shipping let me know ASAP so i can get them boxed up and taken to the post office asap. thanks

Yea well the connectors are different so it wouldnt work with my injectors.

Is the foglight working and is the bulb installed in it? it looks kinda hazy/dirty

lol, it is a little hazy, the pass side is on the right and drivers on the left. im going to buff out the haze if i can. also i need to clean the pass side one. i have already cleaned the drivers side. they both have bulbs and they are exactly the same as the ones that were on my car. i can double check and make sure they are the same from 99 to 05, im pretty sure they are. ill find out tomorrow
