car stalls then theft system light

okay my car recently has been becoming quite the annoyance. Two or three times I have been sitting at a stoplight when the car stalls. when I try to start it..it cranks but wont fire....If I leave it for about five minutes finally it will start but the theft system light will stay on till I turn the car off. any ideas?

search....the passlock system sounds like it is malfunctioning, there are many threads about it and what to do that will help you
