APC Headlight Harness Install ?

Ive tried installing this thing twice, no joy. Has anyone else installed this harness, or had luck with others? Its seems pretty darn simple, but it just doesnt do anything. Here's my procedure:
1. Unplug bulbs from factory harness
2. Plug apc harness into bulbs
3. Plug apc harness into stock harness on drivers side
4. Attach grounds on each side
5. Attach both power wires to battery
6. Plug in relays.

some sort of wiring diagram would be nice... can't tell from the pic what goes where

Thats all that it gives ya. No instructions really. I labeled the parts in the following Pic:

yeah I know it's a pain, but I'm wondering what wires go where.. etc... might have something to do with the funny negative trigger headlights we use.. Maybe it is looking for voltage on a certain pin when that's not what the car is giving.

I gotcha. Cant help with a wiring harness though. MAN! I really wanted this to work, ive got some nice nokya bulbs I want to install, but I certainly dont want to melt the stock harness.
