Got a reading from the obd-II on my friends car and it gave us number p-0141 which means "HO2S Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2" Would this be the front or the rear o2 Sensor? What exactly does Bank# and Sensor# mean...I'm guessing someone knows, And i don't want to replace the wrong sensor.

they are generic codes for any number of vehicles, bank 1 is usually the side of the #1 cyl, and bank 2 is for the # 2 cyl side, but the GA only has 1 upstream O2, also sensor 1 is upstream and sensor 2 is further down and sensor 3 would be the last one, but since the GAs only have 2 sensors, then the bank 1 sensor 2 is the post cat sensor or what is called the catalyst effeciency sensor.

So in idiot terms.... the rear o2 sensor after the cat....
