My fellow GTO owners...step inside.

I got a black 2004 GTO and I wanted to paint the engine covers black and just leave the Silver GTO lettering. As I was thinking that the black could be a slight overload I began thinking of what vinyl color to get some grafxwerks to fill the inlay part. What do you think?

Or I was also thinking about painting the covers black, getting the silver inlays in vinyl and then getting the GTO lettering in black vinyl.

just paint the covers black and leave the GTO lettering silver. Any other color it would look overkill, but if done right, it looks killer on black.

Leave them stock...don't make the mistake many made like painting their interior parts on their GAGTs. Sounds like a good idea, looks good for a bit, but then after a while you wonder WTF you were thinking and then you are stuck with some painted, r1ced out parts.

I remember buying my '04 GAGT and loving the fact I could get in a nice clean car, with STOCK black interior parts. It made me realize how gay my silver was on my 2000

Well I mean if done right like jeremy said, I think it would look good. Ive seen some pretty bad ones and also pretty wicked ones.

Leave them alone you dont do that kind of crap to a GTO you'll be kicking yourself when the paint is chipping off

Its hard to get out of that mode after having a grand am for 5 years. Its like whoa what the fock, I dont have a grand am its a GTO now.
