Warranty Deductible......?

So I got a 3 year 24000 mile warranty on my new Gt. I get the papers today in the mail, saying I have a 200$ deductible. So like.. If i need a repair thats 450$ I have to pay 200, and they pay 250. So im like, what the hell? She never mentioned anything about a deductible, and it says, this is the deductible that was agreed upon bla bla bla. My mom and I looked through ALL my paperwork, and NO WHERE does it say (Nor did the lady ever mention) A deductible... So... wtf is this all about?

is it through GM or another warranty company? Although think about it, when you buy a new car you get a factory warranty that covers everything, but you bought a car that was 3-4 years old, and since the factory warranty is done for, they are not going to give you another 3 year full warranty (because then it would have been a 6 year warranty). Plus when you got your car and it had the warranty included, it is probably through another branch (if through GM) so you get the warranty, but this other branch are the ones that dictate the deductible etc. For example you buy a new cell phone from an electronics store for cheaper but it requires a service plan, the place you bought the phone from doesn't set the rates of the plan, the phone company does, so the same way you got a 3 year warranty, the dealer you bought it from included the services of another company into the deal, but the dealer doesn't set the conditions of that service

Then you didnt get major guard you got the one below it. Also are you getting direct billed or one full payment?

Yes I did get major guard.. I have the papers sitting right in front of me. I have to open a new bank account and when I do (Next tuesday) I have to send her a voided check and it is going to be deducted out of my bank account every month till its paid off, like.. 70 a month or somehting Idk.
