Anyone try to contact them anytime in the recent past? The reason I am asking is I am trying to get an idea of response time. I emailed them 4 days ago about an issue I am having and have not heard back from them as of this time.

Which email did you use? If it's not the one lvemy3100 posted it won't get though. DHP had to upgrade there server software about a month ago which made them change all their email address' and website addresses.

I went directly to DHP's site on the May 4th and used a link right from their site.

Well I still have not received a response to this point. I resent the email. I looked around the website and didnt find any phone #'s. At least that I noticed. Does anyone know of any other way to contact them besides email?

Thanks for that info. I did resend the email through their website one more time yesterday. I going to give it another day or two. If I dont get a response then, I will use the link you provided.

Ok I ended up having to use the link here. I did get a response. They said they responded the first. For whatever I reason I never received that response. What I would like to know about, is they said I can send it to them to reflash it. Well first I really rather not loose the "dyno tune" that was done to it. But the thing that really got my attention was the address to send the PCM to was in KY! I thought the DHP guys lived in IL and MI from what I recall. I know Jason was living in IL cause I meant up with once after they first got into the GA thing and I want to say I recall Charles was living in MI. I could be wrong on Charles, but like I said I know Jason was in IL at one point.

Nope, Charles lives in IL. Dave Buckshaw lives in MI, but I don't know if he's still with DHP or not. No idea who would be in KY though.
