hey what's up people's?

well my name is shane and i have a 2003 mitsubishi galant which i gave to my Girlfriend. anywho my mother has a 94 grandam se (i know it's not a GT but i still hope i'm welcomed as this is a cool site) which i recently took over. i do have some plans for her like intrax lowering springs and rims, etc...

well here are some pics please don't be too harsh

Take off the wing, strip the paint, take off the SILVER vent visors and start over. Not being harsh, just trying to give some suggestions. The blue would have been a nice color to play with, some nice black tails would like nice with some clear or black headlights...possibly some projectors.

just figured i would post to say hi and to get more noledgable about the car and what can and can't be done.

like i said i plan on lowering it and putting rims on her. i am also thinking of repainting either jet black or mayber a blue but undecided on that. as for the park bench that will be staying on it was part of the deal i made when i was given the car.

I would suggest you do what you mentioned in your last post ASAP- black it out, lower it, throw some D's on it, then say the spoiler was "ripped off by vandals". Mom will understand.

hey man i feel your pain. i started out with a 91 GMC Pickup with rust on it. there are some makes and models that have great potential. My GMC did, except the body, engine, etc wasnt agreeing with me. i had it for about a year and then sold it off for a Ford Focus. then i moved to the GA cuz that ford didnt have any balls

No, but seriously, it's not that bad. If you have the funds and the effort, I'm pretty sure you'll have a nice turnout. Just make sure you make it look 'nice,' and not an iwannamakemycarlookalloverthetoppimpedout vehicle. There's a fine line and some people often make this mistake. Grand AMs aren't the first thing that pops into a person's head when they think "sports car," and that is why that spoiler must go. It makes the car a joke right off the bat.
I would just play with simple mods right now. Paint, suspension, wheels. I'm sure it'll go a long way from where you are now...

Also, I use stupid internet lingo all the time in texting and on here, sometimez I drop it in conversation just because I can. One of my majors used to be English, too. Shoot, I say the schools are run by the public for the public. If you don't have parents who care about the school system you are going to have school systems who don't care about the children. That is one reason why we have illiteracy issues. That, and we have a lot of parents out there that don't care about their children's lives and what they will make of themselves, so a lot of children start to fail when not pushed enough and drop out. My Opinion.

The majority of people who type like that are just as literate as someone who types proper and they just do so because it's quick and easy. I'd lean more toward black, I think it looks wicked on cars. But just bounce around ideas before laying the law down, you don't want a car newly painted that you don't wholly dig the color, you know?
