so do you guys think its totaled lol

bballr4567
05-21-2007, 02:13 PM
Very much so. Considering the driver side fender is bent on the back end thats a pretty big clue towards frame damage.

wow, sorry to see kind of damage. it looks like you almost got f-body track times. i hope you feel better, and im sure youll get a nice car. its gotta suck that insurance wont cover it since it was on the track.

EDIT: ok so now im confused...this did NOT happen at the track? if not then what i said i guess wouldnt apply, but either way this still sucks.

Bryan

may have hit the outside concrete barrier for the lane. Sucks to see the damage, and sucks even more that insurance stops coverage at the staging lanes. I've known a few people who have had their cars towed off the track to other locations and called insurance from there to report an accident ;)

Yea I got that but from what I understood he was coming home from the track and it happened. He shall clear this up for us. lol

05-25-2007, 07:54 PM
Thats true, because u werent injured than probably nothing would happen as there are no damages to claim except for the car but thats covered by insurance so.

Chaos
05-25-2007, 08:55 PM

No doctor in the world can prove your neck DOESNT hurt. theres your claim right there. especially because these sort of things usually creep up on you.

If you are feeling any sort of pain (lacerations and broken bones aren't requirements) you can claim an injury. Considering somebody was at fault for this, you shouldn't have a problem making a case.

If this still doesn't work, I would provide ALL pertinent details for the responsibility on that tire to your insurance company. Let them pursue that one for you, it may result in no increase in your insurance and possibly other goodies. I wouldn't just let this one slide because they can pay the bill, if a lawsuit won't work for pursuing it, find an alternative route. You SHOULD get something out of this, regardless of what it is.

Good Luck!
